Recipe from the old recipes notebooks :)
For 5 portions
Recipe products
500 g mincemeat
300 g of potatoes
2 eggs
bread crumbs
3-4 small boiled carrots
1 cupped hand of green peas
5-6 black olives
10 little potatoes
100 g of yellow cheese
Concoct the potatoes, carrots and peas. Add to the mincemeat 1 egg, 1 egg yolk and the wrinkled potatoes. Knead well the mixture and divide it on 5 parts. From each part make a ball. Roll all the balls in bread crumbs. Put in a fridge for 1-2 hours.
Stir peas, 10 little potatoes, cleaned olives and carrots(cut on pieces) and add them to the left white of egg. Take out the balls from the fridge and design them like nests. Spread over their outer part shredded yellow cheese. Put in each nest 2 carrots, peas, 2 little potatoes and olive slices. Cook on second level of the stove at 250 degrees Celsius(482 degrees Fahrenheit) until the yellow cheese gets roasted.
