Recipe products

300 g whole grain flour + 50 g for additional kneading
200 g sample flour
6 g dry yeast
80 g grated carrots
300 ml lukewarm water
1 teaspoon dry hogweed
1 teaspoon dry celery
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil for smearing the bread

Sift the flours and add with yeast and salt. Stew the carrots with the olive oil for 1-2 minutes. Leave to cool down. Add celery and hogweed to the carrots and stir. Add to the flours. Begin to knead the dough in the water. When the dough becomes sticky flour the broad board on which you are kneading it for additional kneading. Do this 2-3 times until no flour remains on the broad board. Cover the dough with folio and leave to rise. Knead on floured broad board as soon as the dough volume increases with a half. Divide into 3 wicks which I interweave to a rope. Put the dough in smeared with butter rectangular bread pan. Leave to rise again. Smear with olive oil before baking. Bake in preheated to 210 degrees Celsius(410 degrees Fahrenheit) oven, middle grate, 30 minutes.
