Recipes - Chicken soup with mushrooms

Recipe products

200 g boiled chicken meat
150 ml chicken bouillon
200 g fresh mushrooms
50 ml vegetable oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 small carrot
1 middle size potato
100 g preserved peas
1 handful of vermicelli

For the egg-based thickener:

1 white of egg, 200 yogurt.

Stew sliced on stripes mushrooms in vegetable oil. Mix with flour. Pour in warm bouillon. Add potato sliced into small cubes and grated carrot. Add salt. Add meat, peas and vermicelli when the bouillon boils. Cook 15 minutes on low heat.
Mix broken white of egg with fresh milk. Put on a hot plate to get warm. Begin to add the soup while stirring the mixture. Pour the thickener in when the temperatures are equal. You can add some red pepper to taste(it is optional).

Recipes - Cake with lemon peels

One of my granny's recipes :).

Recipe products

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup yogurt
2 1/2 cups flour
1 packet baking powder (10 g)
half a lemon peel(sliced on pieces) (middle-sized lemon)
2 tablespoons cocoa
2-3 tablespoons fresh milk
3 packets vanilla (0.6 g)
Apricot jam and coconut chips

Break eggs with mixer and add sugar while mixing. Then add vegetable oil and yogurt. Sift out flour with vanilla and baking powder. Add to the egg mixture and stir with wooden spoon. Add sliced lemon peels. Dilute cocoa with 2-3 spoons fresh milk. Set a part small amount of mixture and tinge it with cocoa. Put 1/2 of the white mixture and all of the cocoa mixture in a mould. Stir and add the rest of the white mixture. Bake at 170 degrees Calsius(338 Fahrenheit) on middle level oven for 40 minutes. Smear it with apricot jam while it is still warm. Sprinkle with coconut chips.

Recipes - Bread with butter

700 g white flour
8 g dry bread yeast
2 white of eggs and 1 yolk
250 ml lukewarm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
80 g butter
1 yolk for spreading

Sift out flour. Add yeast, salt, sugar, broken white of egg and yolk. Grate butter into the flour mixture. Strain with hands. Add water on small portions and knead soft dough. It should become smooth. Leave the dough covered to rise to a doubling in volume. Knead again on floured broad board. Separate into balls with the size of a small apple. Arrange in circle on floured and oiled pan. Cover and leave to rise again. Before baking smear with yolk, broken with some vegetable oil. Bake on preheated to 200 degrees Celsius(392 degrees Fahrenheit) oven around 25-30 minutes(until it’s ready). Take out on a fire grate to cool down. After that wrap in cloth for around 30 minutes to soften.

Salty croissants with potatoes

(from the old notebook with recipes)

Recipe products

250 g potatoes
250 g flour
125 g butter
100 g yellow cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Yolk for smearing

Peel, boil and smash potatoes. Sift out flour over the potatoes. Grate cheese and butter and add salt to them. Knead dough from this mixture. Put it in a fridge. Prepare a pan and put baking paper in it. Smear yolk with some vegetable oil.
Separate the dough in two parts and make pastry sheets from each part with around 5mm thickness. Slice diagonally four times to obtain 8 parts. Roll in these parts from the wide to the narrow side. Array them in the pan and bake at preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) oven on middle level for 25 minutes. They are tasty when they become cool.

Recipes-Meatballs with stewed vegetables

Recipe from lunch category recipes.

For 5 portions

Recipe products

500 g minced meat
2 crisps of bread
300 g eggplant
150 g peppers
70 g carrots
200 g leek
250 g potatoes
200 ml tomato juice
90 ml vegetable oil
salt

Mix together minced meat and crisps of bread. Add your favorite spices. Make small meatballs from the minced meat.
Slice vegetables. Sprinkle them with tomato juice and vegetable oil. Add salt and stir. Put the mixture in a appropriate pan. Make nests amongst the vegetables and arrange the meatballs.
Cover the pan with folio and make 5-6 small holes on it. Bake on lower level firstly for 20 minutes at maximum degrees, then lower the oven to 200 degrees Celsius(292 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 more minutes.

Recipes - Chicken bites with lemon juice

Recipe products

500 g chicken breasts
2 onions
1 clove garlic
juice of half a lemon
50 ml vegetable oil

Slice the meat to bites. Add salt and spices to the meat. Heat a vegetable oil in a pan. Braise onions cut into crescent. Add the meat and cook on strong hot plate. After the bites begin to fry, add chopped garlic and lemon juice. After 2-3 minutes remove from the hot plate.

Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetable stew.

Recipes - Cocoa cake

Recipe products

1 cup = 260ml

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 fresh milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 capsule rum essence
1 packet baking powder

Break eggs - separately white of egg and yolk together with sugar. Mix together and stir the mixture. Add vegetable oil. In fresh milk dilute cocoa(put on slightly heated hot plate for that purpose). Add rum essence. Add to egg mixture. Sift out flour with baking powder and then sift out again while adding to the mixture. Stir with a wooden spoon. Put all in oiled and floured cake form. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) in preheated oven on third level. Bake the cake for 50 minutes then turn off the oven and leave for 10 more minutes before taking the cake out.

Salad with cabbage and leek

Here i am posting my first salad recipe (there will be more salad recipes :)).

Recipe products

Equal amounts of cabbage and leek

6-7 black olives boned
30 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
half teaspoon sugar
salt

Slice cabbage and leek on fine pieces and add salt. Add olives shaped in circles. Pour some vinegar, olive oil and sugar for taste. Mix.
In the middle of a dish put several spoons dip with curd and mayonnaise. Around the dip and mayonnaise order the salad in circle.

Recipes - Sandwiches breds

A recipe from bread recipes collection :)

Recipe products

500 g white flour
30 g bread yeast
200 ml fresh milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon (equal) garlic flour
1 yolk and 1 tablespoon oil for spreading

Dilute the yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, stir and leave to boil up. Sift out the flour. Add yeast, margarine, egg, salt and the garlic flour. Knead soft dough. Leave on warm place and cover (wait until it doubles it's volume). When it's ready knead it again. Divide and make 15 balls. Arrange in a pan covered with a baking paper. Leave the balls to double their volume again. Smear them with yolk and little oil. Bake in a 180 degrees Celsius(356 degrees Fahrenheit) oven about 20 minutes.

Soda buns

Recipe products

3 cups flour
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
110 g yellow cheese
30 g butter
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 frankfurters
20 more grams butter designed for smear

Sift out flour in a tray. Add salt. Put the soda in the yogurt then add it to the flour. Grate yellow cheese on the flour and add softened butter. Knead very soft dough. Kneading takes up to 3-4 minutes and you may need to add more flour. Separate on 16 little balls. Roll each one out to obtain a cake form, place 1.8 frankfurter and bend. Lay in a tray with a baking paper. Smear the upper side of the buns with butter and bake at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit) in preheated oven for 25 minutes (they should turn red). If you seek bigger effect you can smear with yolk. Consume the buns when they cool down, so you can sense the taste of yellow cheese.

Recipes - Croissant La Maria

Merry Christmas, friends!

Today i will show you a croissant recipe.

Recipe products

150 g cheese
150 g yellow cheese
150 g butter
350-400 g yogurt
teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
700-800 g flour

Sift out the flour. Grate yellow cheese, butter and cheese (use larger grater) over the flour. Make a pool in the mixture and put salt, yogurt and soda(the baking soda should had been put into the yogurt before using it). Intermix the pastry. Divide into 4 balls and leave for 30 minutes in a fridge. Take the balls from the fridge one by one. Spread each ball out while you get a big circle. The circle must be 2 mm thick. Slice the circle into equal triangles. Roll each triangle from the sharp edge to the wide side(you will get a croissant shape). If you want you can fill the croissants with marmalade or cheese. Spread over them yolk(you must add some drops of cooking oil to the yolk). Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius (482 degrees Fahrenheit) on fourth and second level with fan on. Bake around 18 minutes. Serve warm or cool.

Banichki with pumpkin and onion

Another one of my recipes :)

Recipe products

400 g of pastry
500 g shredded pumpkin
2 large onions
200 g sugar
0.2 vanilla powder
6 g cinnamon
50 ml vegetable oil
sugar powder

Heat the oil. Fry the chopped onion until golden. Add grated pumpkin. Fry around 3-4 minutes. Put away from hot plate and leave to become cool. Pour sugar in filling. Add cinnamon and vanilla powder and mix well. Take a couple of pastry sheets, put filling on the one and roll them. Repeat the procedure until no pastry sheets remain. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius(428 degrees Fahrenheit) first 10 minutes. Lower the oven to 170 degrees Celsius(338 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake around 25 minutes until it becomes rosy. Take out to cool down and sprinkle with powder sugar.

Chicken cutlets

For 8 cutlets

Recipe products

2 packets chicken breasts
salt, ground black pepper, cumin, garlic powder
2 eggs, flour, bread crumbs

Halve chicken breasts. Slice each half to obtain twi thin fillets. Put in plastic bag and gently ram each. Put spices and lay fillets out one above other.

Break eggs. In two plates put bread crumbs and flour. Take the fillets. First oval in flour, then in egg mixture and finally in bread crumbs. Order them in a small pan. Put in a fridge for at least 30 minutes. Fry the fillets from both sides in vegetable oil.

Soda bread recipe

Here is one of my bread recipes.

Recipe products

500 g white flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
500 g yogurt

Tangle with 3-4 tablespoons flour, baking soda, sugar, salt, vinegar and yogurt. Mixture should boil up and should be poured in previously sifted flour. Add broken egg and vegetable oil. Knead very soft dough. Put aside for 10 minutes and during this time prepare the pan in which the bread should be baked. Grease it well with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour. Roll out dough with the same thickness in every part. Make tiny holes on the surface of the dough with a fork. Bake in preheated to 220 degrees Celsius(428 Fahrenheit) for around 25 minutes. Take out the pan and wrap in towel for around 15 minutes

Meatballs with yellow cheese and tomato

For 12 meatballs

Recipe products

600 gr of minced meat
50 gr of yellow cheese
1 tomato

Make small meat balls from the minced meat. Put them into a small pan. Cook in a stove on max temperature(they must be put on higher level in the stove). When they are ready, invert them and put on each meat ball a slice of tomato. Over tomato slices grate the yellow cheese. Put back again into the stove. Take them out when the yellow cheese gets a red color. Bon appetit :)!

Recipes - Japanese nests

Recipe from the old recipes notebooks :)

For 5 portions

Recipe products

500 g mincemeat
300 g of potatoes
2 eggs
bread crumbs
3-4 small boiled carrots
1 cupped hand of green peas
5-6 black olives
10 little potatoes
100 g of yellow cheese

Concoct the potatoes, carrots and peas. Add to the mincemeat 1 egg, 1 egg yolk and the wrinkled potatoes. Knead well the mixture and divide it on 5 parts. From each part make a ball. Roll all the balls in bread crumbs. Put in a fridge for 1-2 hours.
Stir peas, 10 little potatoes, cleaned olives and carrots(cut on pieces) and add them to the left white of egg. Take out the balls from the fridge and design them like nests. Spread over their outer part shredded yellow cheese. Put in each nest 2 carrots, peas, 2 little potatoes and olive slices. Cook on second level of the stove at 250 degrees Celsius(482 degrees Fahrenheit) until the yellow cheese gets roasted.

Chicken with peas

I was wondering which recipe from my recipes collection to share with you today. And here it is my choice. Recipe for Chicken with peas.

Recipe products

1 and 1/2 chicken breasts
800 g peas
1 tomato
1 onion
1 carrot
50 ml of vegetable oil
3 spoonfuls of flour
1 spoonful of red pepper
200 ml warm water
50 ml white wine

Wash the chicken breasts, cut them, salt and pour wine on them. Leave for 24 hours.

Fry the meat in a vegetable oil until it gets golden color. Take out the meat from the oil. In the same oil fry carrot and onion. When onion gets glass looking, and carrot gets mellow, add the flour. Mix. Add red pepper and mix again. Cut tomato on small pieces and add it to the mixture. Also add the peas, the fried meat and the warm water. Mix well and leave the mixture to boil on hot-plate(not very hot) for 5 minutes. Keep mixing during these 5 minutes.

Recipes - Christmas cookies

Recipe products

For 30-32 cookies

320 g of flour
15 g of sugar
3 spoonfuls of honey
1 egg
1 coffee cup of vegetable oil
8 g of cinnamon
0.2 g of vanilla powder
6 g of baking soda
90 g of natural chocolate
cracked nuts(optional)

Put in the flour sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, vanilla powder. Add honey, egg and vegetable oil. Knead a smoothly dough. Make cylindrical shapes from the dough with a diameter of 2 cm. Cut each dough shape on pieces(length of each piece around 2 cm). Make a small ball from each piece. Bake all the balls in a pan covered with a baking paper for 15 minutes. The stove must be preheated to 200 degrees Celsius(392 degrees Fahrenheit). When cookies are ready take them out and leave them to become cool.
Cut the chocolate to pieces. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the chocolate and melt it in water bath. Take the cookies and dip to the half each one in the melted chocolate. It's optional to put or not the cracked nuts over the cookies. I did it. I hope you like my recipe :).

Spinach and rice balls

This recipe is one of my favorite recipes. The idea is mine. I hope you like it.

Recipe products

600 g of fresh spinach
160 g of rice
600 ml water
1 onion
100 chopped cheese
grounded pepper, nutmeg
1-2 bulbs of garlic
bread crumbs

Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Strain off the water and cut on fine pieces. Boil the rice in salt water till the rice absorbs the water. Leave it away to become cool. Mix spinach, rice, onion(cut on fine pieces), egg, chopped cheese, pressed garlic, spices. Make small balls. Roll them lavishly into bread-crumbs. Leave balls away for 15 minutes. Fry the balls in vegetable oil.

Serve with sauce made by garlic and yogurt

Recipes-Pumpkin pie with home made pastry

Products for the recipe

400 g of flour

1 egg

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon of grated orange peel

1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

120 ml warm water

Products for the filling

600 g of grated pumpkin

200 g of grated apple

150 g of sugar

50 g of cracked walnuts

vegetable oil

20 g of chocolate(for the decoration)

Knead аn average solid pastry from the products. Leave the pastry for 30 minutes. Divided it on 9 balls. Roll out each ball on sheets with a diameter of 26 cm and width of 1 mm. Cover a cake pan with a baking paper. Put in the pan a sheet, grease the sheet with vegetable oil and cover with filling(only grated lemon and grated orange peels, and sugar). Repeat the procedure 4 times. When you put the fourth sheet, put in filling and cracked nuts. Don’t put filling on the last sheet . Cut diagonally on 8 pieces. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius in preheated stove(on high level) for 35 minutes. When it’s ready, melt the chocolate with vegetable oil in water bath. Decorate the pie with the melted chocolate.

The pie can be consume after 24 hours.
