Gourmet recipes - Small rye loafs with sunflower-seeds

Some days ago my son(which is big gourmet) asked me for a rye loaf("but not from the shop" he said). He trains bodybuilding that's why he prefers healthy food... So here it is my new recipe - rye loafs with sunflower-seeds. I made it with sunflower-seeds, but you can also use chopped pumpkin-seeds. Hope you like my recipe :).

Recipe products

300 g whole grain rye flour
200 g white flour
20 g live yeast (not dry powder)
300 ml warm water
1 teaspoon salt
100 g peeled sunflower-seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour

Dilute yeast in warm water. Add sugar and flour(2 tablespoons). Stir and leave to boil for around 10 minutes. Sift both of the flours one over other. Add salt. Sprinkle with sunflower-seeds. Make a well and knead soft and smooth dough with the yeast. Leave covered to rise for around 45 minutes at 20 degrees Celsius(68 Fahrenheit). Knead again on a floured broad board. Smear a rectangular mould with vegetable oil. Put the dough in the mould and push it so it can fit equally. Make diagonal slices. Cover with folio and leave to rise again for 50 more minutes. Bake on middle grate, without preheating of the oven, at 220 degrees Celsius(428 degrees Fahrenheit), for around 30 minutes.
